Hump Day Treat- Lemon Slice

I’m not sure where this week has gone! It’s gone by so quickly, I can’t believe that it’s now more than halfway over. Someone once told me that time goes faster as you get older so I guess I am officially old now (crying face)!

Something about the smell of fresh lemons brings back really nice memories for me! I can’t quite pinpoint what the memories are, however I spent a lot of time cooking with my grandma when I was younger so maybe something to do with that. So when we were recently given some fresh lemons off the tree of someone we know, the smell instantly made me crave a lemony treat!

This lemon slice is adapted from a non-vegan recipe and super-dooper easy to make, and takes very little time!

Hump Day Treat- Peanut Butter Fudge

Congratulations on making it halfway through another week! You deserve a hump day treat!

This peanut butter fudge is so easy to make, and whilst it’s not the healthiest of foods, it doesn’t contain butter or cream like traditional fudge does. It also doesn’t contain too much coconut oil which I find can really be overpowering in raw/ vegan desserts.

So go on- treat yourself! You deserve it.
